1. 수집하는 정보

2. 이용 목적

3. 보유 기간
- 계정 정보 — 회원 탈퇴 시까지. 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 문서 — 이용자가 삭제할 때까지. 휴지통으로 옮긴 문서는 이용자가 복원할 수 있도록 보관되며, 영구 삭제를 요청하면 삭제합니다. 구독을 해지해도 문서를 삭제하지 않습니다(읽기 전용으로 전환).
- IP 주소 — 1시간. 횟수 제한 창이 끝나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 결제 기록 — 관련 법령이 정하는 기간(전자상거래법상 대금 결제 기록 5년).
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 아래 사업자에게 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 처리를 위탁합니다.

계정 정보와 문서 목록은 대한민국(서울) 안에 저장됩니다. 위 표에서 국외 이전이 "예"인 항목은 해당 사업자가 국외에 서버를 두고 있어 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전되는 항목·시점·방법은 표에 적힌 대로이며, 이전을 원하지 않으시면 회원가입 없이 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다 — 그 경우 개인정보를 전혀 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 문서 내용에 대한 접근
이용자의 문서 본문은 Yjs 형식의 이진 데이터로 저장되며, 회사는 이를 서비스 제공 (저장·동기화·장애 대응) 목적 외에 열람하지 않습니다. 광고나 AI 모델 학습에 이용하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 주소로 요청하시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 회신합니다.

7. 브라우저 저장소
서비스는 로그인 세션, 언어·테마 설정, 그리고 로그인하지 않은 상태의 작업 내용을 브라우저의 localStorage 에 저장합니다. 이 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 있으며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있으나, 삭제하면 저장하지 않은 작업이 사라집니다.
8. 변경 고지
이 방침을 변경하는 경우 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
Privacy Policy

2. Why we use it
- Identifying your account and keeping you signed in
- Storing, synchronising and sharing your documents
- Providing plan features and processing payment
- Preventing automated abuse and keeping the service stable
- Aggregate analytics to improve the service
3. Retention
- Account data — until you delete your account, then removed without undue delay.
- Documents — until you delete them. Trashed documents are kept so you can restore them; we delete them permanently on request. Cancelling a subscription does not delete documents (they become read-only).
- IP address — one hour; removed automatically when the rate-limit window ends.
- Billing records — as required by law (5 years for payment records under Korean e-commerce law).
4. Processors and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors:

Account data and document listings are stored in the Republic of Korea (Seoul). Where the table says data leaves Korea, that provider hosts it abroad; the items, timing and method are as listed. If you prefer no transfer at all, you can use the tools without creating an account — in that case we collect no personal data.
5. Access to document contents
Document contents are stored as Yjs binary data. We do not read them for any purpose other than providing the service (storage, synchronisation, incident response). We do not use them for advertising or to train AI models.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time. We respond within 3 business days.

7. Browser storage
We store your session, language and theme preference, and your work while signed out in your browser’s localStorage. This stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can clear it in your browser, but unsaved work will be lost.
8. Changes
We post notice within the service at least 7 days before any change takes effect.
