이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 FCStudio(이하 “회사”)가 aiotool.net 에서 제공하는 웹 기반 소프트웨어 도구 (k-wbs, vk8s, loom 및 이에 부수하는 서비스, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
- 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (요금제 및 이용 범위)
| 무료 | 브라우저에서 도구를 사용하고, 계정 없이 익명 공유 링크를 만들 수 있습니다. 문서를 서버에 저장하거나 자신의 문서를 다른 사람과 공유하는 기능은 제공되지 않습니다. 유료 이용자의 초대를 받아 해당 문서를 편집할 수는 있습니다. |

제5조 (결제)
- 유료 요금제는 월 단위 정기 결제이며, 해지 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
- 표시 가격은 미국 달러(USD) 기준이며, 부가가치세 등 세금은 이용자의 소재지 법령에 따라 Paddle 이 산정·부과합니다.
- 결제 실패 시 결제 대행사의 재시도 정책에 따라 일정 기간 재청구가 이루어지며, 그 기간 동안 서비스는 정상적으로 유지됩니다. 재시도가 최종 실패하면 유료 기능이 중지됩니다.
제6조 (해지 및 환불)
이용자는 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 환불에 관한 사항은 환불정책에서 정합니다.
해지 후에도 이용자가 저장한 문서는 삭제되지 않습니다. 다만 읽기 전용으로 전환되어 수정·공유가 제한되며, 다시 유료 요금제를 이용하면 그대로 복구됩니다.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 권한 없이 타인의 문서에 접근해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스를 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 호출하여 회사 또는 다른 이용자의 이용을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법령에 위반되거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 서비스에 저장·공유해서는 안 됩니다.
제8조 (콘텐츠의 소유권)
이용자가 서비스에 작성·저장한 문서의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공(저장, 동기화, 백업, 장애 대응)에 필요한 범위에서만 해당 데이터를 처리합니다.
서비스에 포함된 소프트웨어 중 오픈소스로 공개된 부분은 각 공개 라이선스를 따릅니다.
제9조 (서비스의 중단 및 변경)
- 회사는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 기능을 중단하는 경우 사전에 공지하고, 잔여 이용기간에 해당하는 금액을 환불합니다.
- 정기 점검, 설비 장애, 천재지변 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
제10조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 서비스를 “있는 그대로” 제공합니다. 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않으며, 회사의 배상책임은 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 직전 12개월간 해당 이용자가 지급한 이용료를 한도로 합니다.
이용자는 중요한 데이터에 대해 스스로 사본을 보관할 책임이 있습니다.
제11조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소합니다.
부칙
이 약관은 2026년 9월 4일부터 시행합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the web-based software tools provided by FCStudio (“we”, “us”) at aiotool.net — k-wbs, vk8s, loom, and related services (the “Service”).

3. Changes to these Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
- We may change them. We will post notice at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavourable to users.
- If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account.
4. Plans and scope of use
| Free | Use the tools in your browser and create anonymous share links without an account. Saving documents to our servers and sharing your own documents are not included. You may accept an invitation from a paid user and edit that user’s documents. |

The included allowance is the figure published on the pricing page; changes are notified in advance under section 3. The limit does not apply when you use your own API key, and those requests do not pass through our servers. AI features are still in preparation; we do not take payment for this plan before they ship. |

5. Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and charged by Paddle according to your location.
- If a payment fails, the provider retries over a grace period during which the Service continues to work normally. If retries ultimately fail, paid features are suspended.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your saved documents are not deleted when you cancel. They become read-only — editing and sharing are disabled — and are fully restored if you subscribe again.
7. Your obligations
- Do not use another person’s account or access documents you have not been granted access to.
- Do not call the Service through automated means in a way that degrades it for us or others.
- Do not store or share content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
8. Ownership of content
You retain copyright in the documents you create. We process that data only as needed to provide the Service (storage, synchronisation, backup, incident response).
Portions of the software released as open source remain governed by their respective licences.
9. Changes to and suspension of the Service
- We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give notice and refund the unused portion of your term.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, equipment failure, or events beyond our control.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
